The clinic is located at Aeschengraben 26 in Basel, a few minutes' walk from the SBB train station. For urgent complaints it says it can offer a same-day appointment, sometimes immediate treatment. It treats severe and persistent toothache, swollen gums or an abscess, broken and knocked-out teeth, bleeding after procedures, and acute inflammation, among other things.

Appointments can be booked by phone or online. The clinic is available for emergencies Monday through Saturday.
