The university clinic on Plattenstrasse 11 in Zurich accepts adult emergency patients for acute cases such as accidents, bleeding or swelling, no appointment needed. The emergency service is open on weekdays from 8am to 4pm, and you simply check in at reception. Only provisional treatment can be carried out in an emergency visit, and the cost has to be settled at the time.

Children and teenagers up to age 16 are treated by phone appointment, Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5pm. Outside these hours, the clinic refers patients to the emergency dental service of the canton of Zurich. Registration documents are available in German, French, Italian and English.
