The practice on Dufourstrasse 175 in District 8 is run by Dr. med. dent. Juliane Keller-Erb, who completed her advanced training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Zurich, where she previously worked as a senior physician and lecturer at the clinic for orthodontics and pediatric dentistry. The treatment team consists mostly of dentists with additional training in pediatric dentistry, including Dr. Isabelle Jorio, Anastasia Voudouri and Carmela Abanto-Payer.

Services include annual checkups, prophylaxis starting with the first permanent tooth, fillings, baby tooth crowns, root canal treatments, minor surgical procedures and emergency care after dental injuries. Children with underlying conditions and special needs are also treated, in cooperation with children's hospitals and their treating physicians. For anxious or very young children, the team uses hypnotic communication and, where needed, nitrous oxide-oxygen sedation or treatment under general anesthesia.

The practice is open Monday to Friday from 8am to noon and 1pm to 5pm. It places importance on not treating children like small adults, but on talking to both child and parents in a way they can understand about dental health.
