The practice on Avenue Mon-Repos 14 is about a fifteen-minute walk from Lausanne train station, with parking available near Mon-Repos. It's led by Dr. Domna Dorotheou, and the team has five staff members. Treatment runs Monday to Thursday, mornings and afternoons.

The range of treatment spans fixed appliances, Invisalign aligners and lingual braces as well as functional devices such as the Monobloc, MARA and Hyrax. Retention splints and retention wires are used to stabilize the result after correction. The practice recommends a first check-up around age seven to eight, and uses 3D jaw models and digital X-rays for treatment planning.
