ImplantatZentrum Bern IZB is located at Nydeggstalden 2 in Bern's old town. It is led by Prof. h.c. Dr. med. dent. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Weber Branca, MSc in oral surgery and oral implantology. The range runs from single implants to same-day fixed restorations using the All-on-4 approach and on to patient-specific implants. Classic oral surgery here includes wisdom tooth removal, root-tip resections and bone reconstruction, along with microbiology-guided periodontal treatment.

Planning is based on three-dimensional X-ray imaging, which is used to map out implant position virtually beforehand. Procedures can be performed under local anesthesia, sedation or outpatient general anesthesia. Office hours run Monday to Wednesday from 8am to 5pm, Thursdays from noon to 8pm, and Fridays from 8am to 2pm; weekend appointments by arrangement.
