The center is located at Werkstrasse 7 in St. Gallen, with the patient entrance on Lindentalstrasse 6. The practice is led by Dr. med. dent. Wolfgang Prinz, MDSc, who holds a master's degree in oral implantology and built up the practice in 2014. Treatment ranges from single implants through full-mouth reconstructions to restoration of the toothless jaw using the All-on-4 approach, performed as a same-day procedure. Where there isn't enough bone, a bone graft is carried out first.

The practice also covers general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges and removable dentures, as well as oral, maxillofacial and facial surgery. Sedation and general anesthesia are available for anxious patients. Office hours run Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, with Saturday appointments by arrangement. The website is in German.
